A fun afternoon of creativity and art on the beach as we create a beautiful, enormous, temporary artwork together on the sand!
No experience necessary- just bring your enthusiasm and creativity. I will provide the tools you need to make our masterpiece. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, this event is accessible to everyone.
Tell your friends, bring your family, and come enjoy a spell at the beach creating monumental art together.
This event is a light-duty, drop-in style experience. There will be a short orientation, but no instruction.

Note: I ask each registrant for a small $2 donation to help offset the costs of hosting this event- travel from the Sierras, tool repair (something always breaks!), the marketing that helps build a great turnout, and hosting the free event photos. It's donation-based and optional rather than a ticket, so nearly all of it goes directly to the event rather than platform fees. As a bonus, every $1 donated is redeemable for merchandise at the beach.

Large-Scale Beach Art Workshops
San Francisco
An in-depth, hands-on experience creating epic, collaborative, ephemeral art at the beach.
This is a 3-hour workshop intensive- you'll learn real techniques for large-scale beach art while dropping into creative flow.
Together we'll connect to ourselves, to the beach, and to our fellow creators through hands-on activities exploring the tools and techniques of massive art-making. We'll build toward one original, group-guided artwork, and close the session with aerial photos to take home as a lasting memory.
This event is offered by donation. I set the full value at $85. My intention is for this workshop to be accessible regardless of what you're able to pay, so pay what feels right for you. If you're able to pay the full value, that helps keep it accessible for others.
